Last month, I asked you to do a simple exercise for 30 days.
It is a technique that helps you develop a consciousness that attracts more and more money to you.
If you missed it, here’s what I asked you to do:
Get a hundred-dollar bill (or a few of them if you’d like) and put it on the outside of some other bills. Make the wad as thick as you can. If need be, cut some paper the size of dollar bills and add them to the stack. Then, put the money in your pocket or purse.
Every now and then, pull the money out, look at it and start to count it.
Carry the money with you and complete this exercise every day for a month.
It’s easy, fun, and it makes you feel good
Doing exercises like this is an often overlooked strategy for changing your consciousness.
I’d love to know if you did the exercise and how it affected you….
Do you feel more comfortable with money now?
What did you enjoy the most about this exercise?
Have you noticed any positive shifts—financially or otherwise?
It works…
if you do it
This technique is a fantastic reminder that you don’t have to have a lot of money to feel rich.
However, you have to do it for the full 30 days for it to work its magic.
After all, it’s not easy to change a paradigm. If you have never been entirely comfortable with money, carrying a wad of cash around for just a few days isn’t going to change that.
You’ve got to carry it, touch it, look at it, and count it over and over and over again. You’ve got to get emotionally involved with the idea that having money is not only okay, but it’s also wonderful! It feels good! It’s freeing.
So if you carried the money around and stopped a week later, you need to start all over again.
The time to start on the path to wealth is now. You may feel like you are imprisoned behind solid steel bars, but the truth is the door to your jail cell isn’t locked—it never was.
Nothing is binding you to the results you’ve had and are currently having, except the chains in your own mind.
You’re free to choose a new and exciting path. Right now you can start living a life of your choosing rather than accepting the life you have.
A wealthy mindset is impossible without this…
One way to get better results in your life is to practice unconditional gratitude. By that I mean choosing things to be grateful for that are not dependent on circumstance. Then say what you’re thankful for out loud.
For example, you might say, “I am so grateful for the limitless potential that lies within me.”
This will move your feelings of gratitude to a deeper and more complete stage.
Unconditional gratitude is what you experience when you live the wealthy life that you dream about. By practicing it now, you are attracting the circumstances that will create that life.
Get in the boat and row!
I hope you understand that doing an exercise like this 30-day challenge is never about the money. It’s about consciously using your mind to feel good and create the life you want.
Continue to do “prosperity exercises” and practice gratitude to develop a wealthy mindset and you will be well on your way to a new and glorious life.
One day as you stand looking back at the events of your life, you will understand that you had the power to create wealth within you all along. You will know that your accomplishments came from a small seed of belief that now permeates your life.
I encourage you to embrace this new perspective today. You don’t have to know everything, and you don’t need a perfect plan. Just get in your dinghy and row!
But first, we want to hear from you. In the comments below, let us know:
How the money-carrying exercise affected you over the past 30 days and the one action step you can take right now to manifest real wealth in your life.
We look forward to hearing from you.
To your success,
Bob Proctor
