Life has a way of taking all kinds of twists and turns, some of which can really mess with our energies. Often time, it is the lower vibration of another that can negatively impact our lives. So, what can we do about it?
I have always known that I have a gift for healing people physically, emotionally and spiritually. As an empath, I often find myself facing the challenge of not taking on other people’s pain.
Have you ever walked into a room, feeling great, only to find that a few minutes later your energy has been depleted and your demeanor changes? Why is that? It’s because others, even unknowingly, can be energy “vampires”.
Think about it this way: When you put something hot against something cold, the two will work together to come to one temperature. Well, energy works the same. If we hang out with others who exhibit a lower vibrational frequency, they will temporarily feel a bit better for being around our energy, but we will begin to feel depleted.
How do we protect ourselves from having our vibrational energy lowered?
First of all, become aware of your surroundings.
Seek out people and places that “feel good” to you.
Read things daily that will motivate you to move vibrationally upward.
If you find yourself feeling depleted, immediately listen to high energy music, add movement to your physical being or watch something that makes you laugh. The vibration of laughter is wonderful for healing.
The greatest way to maintain a high, creative vibration is to work from a place of unconditional love. Each day, wake up believing that all that you put into the world will be fruitful and that everyone you meet will affirm and bless you. See yourself as openly accepting others, in whatever energetic state they are in, and then ask for divine power to help those who want to increase their vibrational level.
If each of us will work this incredibly powerful process every day, the world will very quickly become an even more amazing place to inhabit!
