As a Naturopathic Doctor, I learned the lesson that health is wealth after my mother passed away from cancer at age 54.
The good I’ve harvested is that it created a burning desire within me to help other people with their health and success so they can live their purpose.
Regardless of the success I am after, I never sacrifice my health to achieve my goals.

By the time they come to see me, they’re regretful that their health has failed them because they traded short-term gains for long-term pains.
OR, they set a goal for their health every New Year’s… but then completely give up on it because they don’t understand that great health is a tool to help them live their purpose.
Why is it that the ONE thing that truly matters most is the one that is given up on the fastest?
It would seem paradoxical, right?
Well, I’m here as the first Friday Story of the year to tell you a SECRET – taking care of your health doesn’t have to slow down your other goals. Not one bit.
Actually, it’s quite the opposite. Those who invest in their health accelerate their way to achieving way MORE.
AND, they get to ENJOY the fruits of their labor in full health and abundance.
Great health is a tool to create the life, wealth and success you desire. Build your empire, enjoy your family, and live your dream.
Look, deep down, the majority of the people reading this story saw themselves as the person neglecting their health… or making a goal for their health that they don’t follow through on.
If that was you, you HAVE A CHOICE to be a HEALTHY SUCCESS. You may need some help in sticking to the plan, but make no doubt about it, YOU CAN DO IT.
When you commit to exercise, relaxation, sleep, and good nutrition, you’ll be powerful because your discipline, energy, and focus will be higher. You won’t have as much downtime and you’ll live longer.
