This is an extraordinary time of year.
A time when millions of people focus first on gratitude and giving and then shift their attention to growth. It doesn’t get much better than that.
I’ve talked and written a lot about gratitude, and I’ve studied it intensely. Gratitude is a central feature of my life because it is absolutely transformational.
You see, gratitude is the ultimate antidote to negativity. You just cannot maintain a negative mental posture and a posture of gratitude simultaneously. Try it, and you’ll see. Gratitude will ALWAYS win out.
Gratitude is the “giving” that keeps on giving
When you have an attitude of gratitude, you keep attracting more and more good things into your life.
I love the idea of giving thanks for all the beautiful aspects of our lives—relationships, health, home, job, business, pets, income, books, etc., during Thanksgiving., And then turning our attention to the next season where we share “the wealth” with others, including giving away gifts.
Giving to others is a fantastic thing to do. I do it throughout the year. However, to me, the greatest gift we can give ourselves or others is psychic freedom—mental, emotional, and spiritual growth. So, this year we made sure that our Black Friday Sale (it ends today) is so affordable that anyone can take advantage of it to experience more freedom in every aspect of life.
We are releasing 20 of my classic personal development articles for just $1 each. It’s an opportunity to expand your mind and the possibilities for your life in one to three minutes each day.
We’re practically giving each article away to make it incredibly easy to buy these articles not only for yourself but for anyone you feel would benefit from a mental, emotional, or spiritual boost. You can see the list of articles here, but you must hurry because the sale ends tonight at midnight ET.
Growth as you head into the New Year
Many people don’t get much done on their goals in December because their commitment and focus fade, especially during the holidays. Then, when all the celebrations are over, they gear up for a new year by setting resolutions and goals on January 1st.
Between now and New Year’s Day, these people usually slack on their health, finances, relationships–and ultimately themselves because they feel “they’ll do better in the new year.”
That perspective is ridiculous! Think about it. This is your life. Why wait for another few weeks before you start to give your best to yourself?
I live as though each day of my life is just as valuable as another because it is.
That said, I’m curious about something…
Are you on track to meet the goals you set for this year? And do you have a plan for 2022?
It’s only the end of November, so you may think it’s a bit early to be asking these questions.
But I’ve discovered it’s a PERFECT time, and here’s why…
If you decide what you want NOW, you’ll have time to not only finish the year strong, but you’ll also have some momentum to carry you into the New Year.
My New Year’s routine
Instead of coasting to a landing on December 31st like most people, I always start my new year early.
So, even though there’s still a month on the calendar, I’ve already assessed 2021, and I’m currently working on my goals for 2022
That means, unlike the masses, not only will I already have my goals set for the year when I wake up on January 1st, but I will have made progress on them.
Imagine kicking off your calendar year that way. No downtime while you set goals and make plans. Instead, your goals and your game plan will be firmly implanted in your mind.
Don’t get me wrong. I believe in setting New Year’s goals and resolutions. But, in my opinion, January 1st is a terrible time to make them. Waiting until the year has already started puts you behind the eight-ball right off the bat.
However, if you’ve already figured out what you want and made an action plan for how you’re going to start moving toward it, you’ll be well out of the gate when the New Year rolls in.
Then, on January 2nd, you’ll be able to pick right up where you left off before the calendar turns.
Get ready for a magnificent 2022
The way to start 2022 off with a real bang is to begin formulating and working on your goals early. And there’s no better time than now.
That doesn’t mean you should write down the first things that pop into your head and then stow them away in a drawer for the next month.
Nor does it mean you should dive in without a plan.
You’re starting early, so you’ve got time to really think about what you want to accomplish next year and why.
Rather than going through the details of building momentum for the New Year here, I’ve decided to conduct a free, live training next week, December 6th-10th, at 11:00 AM ET. It’s called Sprint to the New Year. You can register for the event right here.
If you watch the training and genuinely commit to the process I’ll share with you; you will guarantee that this time next year, you’ll be looking back at a string of incredible accomplishments and living the life that you’re dreaming of today.
And, on December 31st, you can ring in the New Year knowing you really have something to celebrate!
To your success,
Bob Proctor
P.S. Don’t forget to register for Sprint to the New Year. My free, 5-day training that can set you up for new levels of success in 2022 by setting a goal that lights a fire inside of you NOW—something you’ve previously only imagined. help you.
